Distilled and crafted in the Ribble Valley
All of the botanicals used in our signature gin “Little Lane” can be easily recognised in the beautiful British countryside.
Our gin is lovingly created on our 83 litre column still in our stone outhouse, built in 1888 from local stone, which at one time would have housed livestock.
Strong oaks to delicate heather
Little lane gin has a unique layering of rich and delicate botanicals creating an elegant dusty floral based gin, that still gives an earthy kick.
Using botanicals including Blackberry leaves, Meadowsweet, Nettles, Hawthorn Berries and Lime leaves, we have been able to stay true to the British countryside, as there is a native lime that has grown here since the last Ice Age, this gives our a gin a slight citrus undertone
An important and sometimes forgotten part in gin distillation is the quality of the water used. We use locally sourced organic spring water from a private estate, that’s as rich in minerals as it is in history when it was discovered by a King over 500 years ago.
As our water is so pure, it finishes off our gin perfectly giving it a refreshing final tasting note.
