Locally born and bred in the Ribble Valley, David Moore has long held a passion for the area and the history associated with it.
IIn 2020, David embarked on this journey to use locally-sourced ingredients, and a unique distillation process to produce a whisky that is unmistakably identifyable to Pendle Hill and the Ribble Valley.
