About US

Overlooked by Pendle Hill, we are an artisan distillery producing small batch, single malt whiskys; a smoky Islay-style and a smooth Speyside-style.

We also produce a Bourbon-style liquor made with 50% corn, and small-barrel Moonshine Straight whisky.

With history and a connection to the surrounding area, and our story of provenance, we aim to put the Ribble Valley on the whisky map!

We have just won silver in the Global 2024 gin awards for the Geneive Backridge Gin.
 
This gin is triple distilled from a grain mash bill and blended with authentic gin botanicals to create a true grain to glass experience with a hint of lemon orange and grapefruit.
