Your Journey From Cask to Bottle

  1. Buy the cask and receive your certificate.
  2. We mature it in our bonded warehouse right here on the farm.
  3. Enjoy an annual visit, monitoring its transformation.
  4. After three years (or longer), decide:
    • Bottle it — perhaps as a limited-edition single cask release.
    • Transfer to bottles or smaller casks.
    • Re-cask it to explore different flavour profiles.
  5. Pay duty & taxes upon bottling — then savour (or sell) your own premium whisky.
